Cheese is handmade using local milk from Bamble, long-time pasteurized at low temperature to preserve as many nutrients as possible from the quality milk. In addition to cheese, they make biscuits, wholemeal whey bread, wholemeal whey scones, cheese fritters, and marmalades.
